Tourist Tips

A nearby tourist site is Arari Dolls' House located at a distance of nine-minute drive. It was founded by Ahn Jeong-eui who led the Seoul Puppet Theater Company (the first puppet theater company in the country) for thirty years. In 1998, Ahn Jeong-eui rented Najeon Branch School and opened a doll workshop; after exhibiting several dolls, the place eventually opened as Doll Museum in April 30, 2015. The museum exhibits dolls used in demestic performances as well as international performances around the world. For those who have children who love dolls, it will not only be a chance to see various dolls, but also a learning experience to see the history and distinct characteristics of the dolls.
